Powerplant
This past weekend I had the opportunity to bring home the engine for my hot rod (pictured above). This coming Saturday I anticipate that the car itself will finally come home. I’ll post photos here.

You can’t fool me, that’s your Uncle J’s current truck engine, the image of which (through your computer wizadry) you’ve managed to place in your parent’s barn. Nice try, looking forward to seeing the real deal. Anovedgroupie.

Unfortunately it looks like it will be yet another week until the car can come home. At this point it’s just a matter of coordinating access to a suitable trailer. My fingers would get frostbite fooling with it this weekend anyway.
As far as the resemblance to a certain Chevrolet’s engine is concerned, let’s just say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. (Either that, or beggars can’t be choosers!)
In the meantime, be on the lookout for some “concept art.”
